So when I went to the country back in December I traveled a lot to different places and saw lots of the costumes and I walked into a cheese factory that had books on amish recipes and home remedies. I was amazed by their alternative way of living and how much healthier lifestyles they all lead. I personally am a 100% believer in holistic and alternative medicine. I am not so much of a prescription drug supporter unless extremely necessary. I have come to believe that eventually prescription drugs fix one problem but cause a greater one down the road. So here I will share with you all a few amazing remedies from the amish. I hope you all enjoy and find it very helpful.
